How
to ship your equipment to us for repair:
Even if you are not within
driving distance of Sanford Camera Repair, you can still take advantage
of our quality repairs. We make it easy for you to ship your equipment
to us for repair. Please fill out our Repair
Form and follow the directions to pack and ship your equipment.
We will inspect your equipment and call you with an estimate.
Shipping your camera to
us:
Place your camera in a plastic
bag with a note that includes your name, address (no PO boxes please)
, phone number, & complaint. Place bagged camera in a small box, with
packing around the camera, then place that box in a larger box, with packing
between the boxes. If you don't have commercial packing like Styrofoam
or bubble wrap, you can use wadded-up newspaper. Do not forget insurance!!
